A Surprise Tops the List of Great Markets for Buyers

A Surprise Tops the List of Great Markets for Buyers | SAN ANTONIO HOMES TODAY | Scoop.it
Following Albany, rounding out the 10 top nationwide buyers markets—those most favorable to home shoppers, according to realtor.com®—are: Chicago; San Antonio, Texas; Jacksonville, Fla.; Riverside, Calif.; Los Angeles; Providence, R.I.; Dallas; Nashville, Tenn.; and Tampa, Fla.
Al Cannistra's insight:

Looks like I have about 50% of the top ten covered... I am from Chicago and networked with a lot of great agents there, I am Texas licensed and I am Florida licensed...  and of the 5 remaining, I probably know a professional or two there as well. If you have a real estate need, call me - be glad to help you!

.

I am also looking to onboard licensed agents and locators in Texas – and, separately, for any agents interested in an income opportunity from the mortgage side.

Solar-powered Ring House heals a scarred hilltop landscape in Greece

Solar-powered Ring House heals a scarred hilltop landscape in Greece | SAN ANTONIO HOMES TODAY | Scoop.it
On the southern coast of Crete, Greek architectural firm decaARCHITECTURE has turned a commission for a modern residence into an opportunity for landscape preservation. Named the Ring House for its rounded shape, the house was created to follow the existing topography and looks like an extension of its hilltop location. The site had been scarred by environmentally insensitive infrastructural development but has now recovered its original morphology and has been replanted with native flora.

Al Cannistra's insight:

we may not have a "sea view" but a home like this in Hill Country would offer incredible views...  would you like to live in a home like this?
